Customer Service
At the office of Emons Cargo in Beuningen, the Customer Service is your single point of contact:
• Language skills: English, German, French, Italian, Czech, Slovakian
• Processing order bookings and –updates/changes
• Collection- & delivery appointments
• Shipment tracking and customer enquiries
• Invoicing
• Confirmation / proof of delivery on request






Transport Monitoring
ICT driven transport ops. - full operational control
• Written communication with drivers via on-board computer (incl. GPRS vehicle data transmission)
• Cell phone for speech communication in exceptional cases
• Vehicle tracking via GPS
• Continuous ETA (expected time of arrival) recalculation by Quintiq planningsoftware
• Pro-active alerting of deviations from planning parameters
• Performance data per movement based on planned versus actuals
